These terms are the agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”) for your use of Blue Vision AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Blue Vision AI is an aggregator. We do not build AI models. When you send a message, we forward it to a third-party AI provider — currently Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and DeepSeek — and return their answer to you. We may choose which model answers on your behalf, or you may choose one yourself.
Some features send your text to other third parties as well. If you turn web search on, your search terms go to our search provider. This is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least [16 / 18] years old.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. Credits, plans and payment
The Service runs on credits. Every answer costs credits based on the model used and the length of the request and the reply. Your plan gives you an allowance of credits; you can also buy more at any time. Current prices are on the pricing page and your balance and history are on your billing page.
- Credits are for use of the Service. They are not money, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be transferred to another account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then in force, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Credits included with a plan expire at the end of the period they were granted for and do not roll over. [Confirm: do purchased top-up credits expire? If so, when?]
- We may change prices. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Taxes are [included in / added to] the prices shown.
4. Free trial
New accounts get a fixed number of free credits so you can try the Service. When they run out you will be asked to choose a plan or buy credits. Free credits carry no warranty, no support commitment, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. One free trial per person; creating extra accounts to get more free credits is a breach of these terms.
5. Refunds
[Refund policy. Suggested starting point, to be confirmed with the client and the lawyer: a full refund of an unused subscription period within 14 days of purchase; no refund for credits already spent, because the cost of the AI provider has already been paid on your behalf. Statutory cancellation rights, where they apply, are not affected by this.]
If you are charged in error, or an answer fails and is charged anyway, contact us and we will put it right.
6. What you may not do
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- create or distribute material that sexually exploits children, incites violence or terrorism, or harasses, threatens or defames a person;
- build weapons, malware, or anything designed to cause serious physical, financial or infrastructure harm;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or produce content presented as genuine when it is not — fake reviews, fake records, fake identity documents;
- infringe someone else’s copyright, trade marks, trade secrets, privacy or other rights;
- upload personal data about other people that you have no right to share with us or with an AI provider;
- resell, redistribute or wrap the Service as your own product, or use it to train a competing AI model;
- automate access at a scale that degrades the Service, evade credit limits, or attempt to reach parts of the system you are not entitled to.
The AI providers behind the Service have their own usage policies, and a request they refuse will be refused here whatever these terms say.
7. Your content, and what we do with it
What you type stays yours. Answers generated for you are yours to use, subject to these terms and the law.
You give us permission to process your messages, uploads and conversations only so far as we need to in order to run the Service: to send them to an AI provider, to show you the answer, to store your conversation history so you can come back to it, to bill you correctly, and to investigate abuse or a security problem.
We do not train AI models on your conversations. The AI providers we send your messages to are engaged under terms intended to prevent them training on your content either. [Confirm against each provider's current enterprise / API terms before launch, and re-confirm whenever a provider is added.]
If you create a share link, the conversation you shared becomes readable by anyone who has the link, until you delete the link. That is what the feature does, and it is your decision to use it.
8. AI answers — the important part
AI models produce text that is confident whether or not it is correct. They get facts wrong, invent sources, and give different answers to the same question.
- Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Answers are provided as information, not as advice.
- Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or professional advice. The Service is not a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant or a licensed adviser, and must not be used as a substitute for one. If something concerns your health, your money, your legal position or your safety, speak to a qualified professional.
- Never use it in an emergency. If someone is at risk, call your local emergency number.
- Similar answers may be generated for other users. We cannot promise an answer is original, and we cannot promise it does not resemble existing copyrighted material.
- You are responsible for what you do with an answer, including anything you publish.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It depends on third-party AI providers, and when one of them is slow, down, or withdraws a model, that affects us. We may add, change or remove models and features. If a model you use is retired, your conversations remain readable and another model can continue them.
Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where we reasonably can. [If a service level is promised to any customer, state it here or in a separate agreement. As drafted there is none.]
10. Suspension and closing an account
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is being used to harm others, or has not paid. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first; where the breach is serious we may act immediately.
When an account is closed, conversation history is deleted after [retention period]. Records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Our liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not written in these terms, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business or indirect losses.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect — by email or in the product — and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can cancel.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of [jurisdiction]. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live.
Please contact us first — almost everything is resolved faster that way than through a court.
